Elizabeth has always possessed a naturally caring heart. Initially planning to pursue a career as a veterinarian, her experiences during her university years sparked a deeper calling. She realized her true passion lay in supporting people through life's challenges, prompting her to transition her focus from animal wellness to mental health counseling. To prepare for this path, Elizabeth actively sought out foundational experiences in the field, including volunteering at the university counseling center and gaining valuable experience administering psychometric assessments.

Raised in the Catholic tradition, Elizabeth’s personal faith came alive in a profound way during her college years. Recognizing herself as a beloved daughter of God, she felt a distinct call to dedicate her professional life to extending hope, compassion, and healing to others.

Guided by her faith, Elizabeth meets each client exactly where they are on their journey—without judgment and regardless of where they stand spiritually. Her faith serves as the foundational anchor of her practice, allowing her to honor and care for the fullness of the human person: body, mind, and soul.
