Background

Elizabeth has a natural helping heart. Before deciding to pursue a career in counseling, she was set on becoming a veterinarian.  During her pursuit of a Catholic education she encountered her own experience with mental health and well-being.  Through her commitment for growth, she found hope, healing, and strength.   Her desire to share the positive possibilities caused her to shift her caring nature towards people instead of animals. Working with people, she continued to experience and explore new opportunities within the mental health field – such as volunteering at her campus’ Counseling Center and training to administer psychometric testing.

Raised Catholic, Elizabeth is familiar with the beliefs and traditions of Catholiciscm. Yet, it was not until she encountered Jesus in a new way during college did she began to embrace her Catholic identity as a daughter of God. Inspired by Jesus’ love and healing ministry, she felt called to use her career as a way to extend His love and healing to others. With her faith to guide her, Elizabeth meets all clients where they are – no matter how they are feeling spiritually.  She provides respect and compassion and hopes to share God’s love with all who come her way.
