Background

Tasha has always loved helping others, so when choosing a profession, she wanted to choose a career where she tangibly felt she was supporting people - leading her to become a counselor. From experiences in her own life, she has seen the benefits of counseling and is passionate about sharing those benefits with others.

Tasha has a particular passion for working with both young adults and couples. She knows young adulthood can bring to light many questions regarding both the past and the future, so Tasha is prepared to help her clients process the past and move forward confidently. Additionally, due to her life experiences, Tasha has a special heart for working with couples and has extraordinary empathy for those recovering from divorce. However, no matter what one may be struggling with, Tasha is ready to meet anyone where they are and walk with them on their healing journey.

Growing up Catholic, Tasha is knowledgeable in the church's teachings and has a good foundation in the church's charismatic and intellectual sides. Regarding counseling, Tasha is ready to work with anyone, no matter where they feel they are in their faith. She also welcomes anyone of differing faith.

Tasha’s counseling is inspired by Jesus’ way of seeing people in the Gospels - always meeting the person wherever they are, seeing their potential, and inviting them to grow into whom they were created to be. In following Jesus’s example, Tasha strives to meet every client where they are at and help them grow into the person they were created to be.
