Communication with others can be challenging. The Upper Room encourages group counseling sessions with your loved ones in order to build stronger relationships by practicing effective communication skills, and learning healthy, emotional, physical, and spiritual boundaries that lead to healthier, balanced, and joy-filled lives.
Marriage & Engagement Preparation
The Upper Room provides Marriage Preparation or Engagement Enrichment for couples. Specializing in Pre-Cana for Catholic couples, however, other faith practicing couples are welcome. Make your "couple" appointment and begin an enrichment journey to empower your relationship for a successful outcome!
