        Sarah always wanted to be a counselor. As a little girl, she was always told she had a gift for listening and supporting people. Later in high school, she was inspired to further explore the field after being encouraged by her English teacher to write a paper on her interests.  She wrote on psychology due to her fascination with the meanings behind people’s thoughts, feelings, and actions. Her passion for working with others continued to grow through her pursuit of a higher education in counseling.  Sarah is ready to walk with clients on their unique path to healing – no matter the circumstances. Sarah also provides a safe, professional, non-judgemental space to those struggling with the challenges of pornography and sexual addiction. Due to her love of Theology of the Body, as well as her interest in human sexuality and neuroscience, she hopes to be able to walk closely with those struggling in that realm.  

        Sarah grew up Catholic, received a Catholic education from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Her faith serves as an important guide when it comes to her counseling, and how she sees others. While in college, Sarah began to deeply recognize everyone’s need for the Lord’s healing. Her encounter with the Lord in college ultimately transformed her view of people, it continues to light her way when working with others. She is deeply guided by the view that all people are created good and in the Image of God. Additionally, she believes that all people – Catholic or not – are meant to flourish and be in communion with others and the Lord. Therefore, no matter where one finds themself in their faith journey, Sarah is ready help all people heal, flourish, and become who they are created to be.
